Amazing cleanliness and comfortable rooms. We were delighted to find that our room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Frankfurt.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had large windows. Breakfast was delicious, although a bit pricey. a pleasant stay.

Convenient location, close to exhibition area and just a few stops away from the city center via U-bahn. Plenty of nearby options for bars, restaurants, and cafes. Good value for money, especially for budget travelers.

Unfriendly and unprofessional staff throughout the stay, which affected the overall experience. Room conditions were disappointing, with old furniture and a lack of basic amenities like clothes hangers and bathroom shelves.

One of the things that stood out to me was the excellent service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and were always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, a terrace, and an in-room safe. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the nearest metro station and close to the city center. The hotel is situated in a nice residential area, so it felt safe and peaceful. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed including a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. The hotel also had a bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. the service and facilities here were top-notch.

Excellent service! Helped with lost luggage. Staff goes above and beyond. Good room size and location. Friendly reception desk, especially Frau Obermaier. Quiet floor, great cleaning staff. Smoke-free floor. Curtains and blinds block light. Towel warming rack in bathroom. Free Wifi in lobby. Convenient access to subway and street car. Supermarket nearby. Great park nearby.

The hotel is not situated near the Messe, which may be inconvenient for those attending events or exhibitions there.

The hotel offered plenty of space and comfortable pillows and blankets, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the automatic blinds inside the room were a nice feature that allowed us to control the lighting and privacy.

One of the main drawbacks of our stay was the lack of proper air conditioning in our room. the A/C seemed to be broken, forcing us to rely on leaving the window open to cool down the room.
